Alchemē Holistic Health Ltd (company number 15409275) provides acupuncture and holistic health services from a studio in Offchurch, near Leamington Spa. These terms explain what to expect when booking with us.
Booking: appointments can be booked by messaging us on WhatsApp. We’ll confirm your appointment time and answer any questions before your first visit.
Cancellations and rescheduling: we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee — we’ll always let you know our current policy when you book.
Payment: full details of accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Health and safety: we use single-use, sterile, disposable needles for every treatment, in line with our professional body’s Code of Safe Practice and local authority registration requirements.
If you’re new to acupuncture: before your first treatment, we’ll talk through your health history and what you’re hoping for, so nothing happens that you haven’t understood and agreed to first.
Liability: nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Full liability wording is being finalised with professional advice and will be updated here shortly.
