Consent Statement

Before any treatment, we’ll talk through your health history and what you’re hoping to get from your visit. Nothing happens until you understand what’s involved and are happy to go ahead.
What this covers: acupuncture, cupping, moxibustion, gua sha, tuina, facial acupuncture and microneedling all involve direct physical contact and, in most cases, single-use sterile needles. We’ll explain what a treatment involves before it starts, and you’re free to ask questions or say no to any part of it at any point.
Possible effects: as with any treatment, there can be minor, temporary effects — for example, slight bruising from cupping, or mild redness after microneedling or acupuncture. We’ll always talk you through what to expect for your specific treatment.
Your health information: anything you share with us about your health is used only to provide safe, appropriate care, and is kept confidential in line with our Privacy Policy.
Your right to stop: you can pause or stop treatment at any time, for any reason, without needing to explain why.
